Surfescape is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Yoga Instructor & Social Host to join our team in beautiful Zanzibar. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness, hospitality, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily yoga sessions for guests of all levels, ensuring a relaxing and transformative experience.
• Organize and promote wellness activities such as meditation, breathwork, and stretching sessions.
• Act as a social host, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Plan and facilitate group activities, including social events, excursions, and cultural experiences.
• Collaborate with the Surfescape resident manager and team to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Assist in managing guest inquiries and reservations.
• Support other resort activities when required.

Requirements:

• Certified yoga instructor with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in hospitality, event planning, or guest relations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Swahili, French, German, or Italian) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
