Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our hotel in Zanzibar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and travel agencies
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
• Manage and train the sales team to ensure high performance
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
