The Role:

Resident Manager position to oversee the daily operations of Surfescape Fuerteventura — our flagship property combining boutique hotel, coworking, yoga, and the Secret Garden restaurant.

This role acts as the on-site operational leader, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth coordination between staff, management, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations (reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B coordination).
• Manage day-to-day staff activities, schedules, and operational checklists.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and solve issues promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, embodying Surfescape’s community spirit.
• Maintain property standards: cleanliness, maintenance, and atmosphere.
