Surfescape is seeking an experienced and passionate Kitesurfing Instructor to join our team in beautiful Zanzibar. This role is perfect for someone who loves the ocean, enjoys teaching, and wants to be part of a dynamic resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct kitesurfing lessons for guests of all skill levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Maintain and organize kitesurfing equipment, ensuring it is in top condition.
• Assist guests with rentals, setup, and kite launching.
• Promote kitesurfing lessons and packages to guests.
• Work closely with the Surfescape resident manager and other staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support other resort activities when required, including excursions and water sports.

Requirements:

• Certified kitesurfing instructor (IKO or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Swahili, French, German, or Italian) are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
