Key Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
• Collaborate with the restaurant management to enhance customer dining experiences
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in a fine dining establishment
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
